ÖĞRETMENLERİN SOSYAL SORUMLULUK TEMELLİ LİDERLİĞE İLİŞKİN ALGILARININ İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı; öğretmenlerin Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderliğe ilişkin algılarını belirlemek ve bağımsız değişkenlerle öğretmenlerin Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderlikle ilgili algıları arasında anlamlı fark olup olmadığını incelemektir. Bu çalışma, öğretmenlere Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderlikle ilgili bir iç görü kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmada “Öğretmenlerin Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderliğe ilişkin algıları nedir?” sorusuna yanıt aranmaktadır. Araştırma tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2015-2016 eğitim öğretim yılında Gaziantep il merkezinde görev yapan 380 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde basit seçkisiz yöntem kullanılmıştır. Külekçi (2015) tarafından Türkçe’ ye uyarlanan “Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderlik Ölçeği ” veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Alt problemler için ANOVA ve t-testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda öğretmenlerin Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderliğe ilişkin algıları ile yaş, mesleki kıdem ve çalıştıkları okul türü değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmazken cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkeni arasında anlamlı fark olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

THE STUDY OF TEACHERS’ SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BASED LEADERSHIP PERCEPTIONS

The purpose of this study is to determine the teachers’ perceptions about Social Responsibility Based Leadership and to examine whether there are significant differences between the independent variables and the teachers’ perceptions about Social Responsibility Based Leadership. In this study the main question is that “What are the perceptions of the teachers’ about Social Responsibility Based Leadership?” Descriptive survey method was used in this study. The sample of the study consists of the 380 teachers. Simple random sampling was used in this study. The data in the study was obtained by “Social Responsibility Based Leadership Scale” translated into Turkish by Külekçi (2015). Quantitative research methods were used. T-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were applied. Findings indicate that there aren’t significant differences in the teachers’ perceptions about SRBL according to age, professional seniority and the type of school but there are meaningful differences according to sex and marital status.
