OTO TAMİRHANELERDEKİ RİSKLERİN DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Oto tamirhanelerde çalışanların iş yükünün fazla olması, makine ve çevre ile uygun olmayan çalışma koşullarının olmasından dolayı birçok iş kazası meydana gelmektedir. Bu iş kazalarına sebep olan risklerin bilinmesi, bu risklerin nelere yol açabileceği ortaya çıkarılması, risklerin maruziyetinin azaltılması ve gerekli önlemlerin alınması, iş güvenliğine riayet edilmesi ve oto tamirhanelerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından yeniden düzenlenmesiyle işçilerin güvenliği ve sağlığı güvence altına alınabilir ve iş performansı arttırılabilir. Bu çalışmada Tarsus oto sanayi bölgesindeki oto tamirhaneler, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından incelenmiş ve risk değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. İnceleme sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre riskler, risklerin olasılıkları ve şiddetleri tespit edilmiştir. Riskler 5x5 L matris yöntemiyle analiz edilerek ve risklerin önlenmesi için çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.

RISKS ASSESSMENT IN AUTO REPAIRS

Many work accidents occur in the auto repair shops due to the high workload of the employees and the unfavorable working conditions with the machinery and the environment. The safety and health of workers can be ensured and job performance can be increased by knowing the risks that cause these work accidents, revealing what these risks may cause, reducing the exposure of risks and taking necessary precautions, respecting occupational safety and rearranging auto repair shops in terms of occupational health and safety. In this study, the auto repair shops in the Tarsus auto industry were examined in terms of occupational health and safety and risk was analyzed. According to the data obtained from the examines, risks, probabilities and severities of risks were determined. Risks were analyzed with the 5x5 L matrix method and solutions were proposed to prevent risks.
