Bu çalışma, boyut analizinin öğretiminin; nasıl, ne tür örneklerle ve aktivitelerle daha etkili bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebileceğini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri, konuyla ilgili yayınlanmış kitap ve bilimsel makale gibi dokümanların, betimsel analiz yaklaşımına göre incelenmesiyle sağlanmıştır. İncelenen dokümanlara göre öğrenciler, sunuş yoluyla öğrendikleri konuların içeriğini kavrayabilmekte ve bu sebeple öğrenilecek konunun temel içeriğinin en son haliyle öğrenciye sunulması gerektiği ifade edilmektedir. Boyut analizinin öngörülen düzeyde öğrenilmesine katkıda bulunabilmek için sunuş yoluyla öğretim, öğrenme amaçlı yazma ile desteklenerek yedi aşamada gerçekleştirilebilecek bir yaklaşım önerilmiştir.

This study was conducted to explore how to teach dimensional analysis effectively with what activities and examples. The data of the study were obtained from the documents such as books published on the topic and scientific articles examined using descriptive analysis. Regarding the documents analysed, students comprehend the content of the subject through lecturing and thus, it is stated that the essential content of the subject to be learnt should be presented to students with its final version. It is suggested that instruction through lecturing should be supported with writing to learn in order to make contributions to the instruction of dimensional analysis at an anticipated level, so an approach which will be performed in seven steps is recommended.
