PERİ ÇAYI (TUNCELİ–TÜRKİYE) ZOOPLANKTONU

Bu araştırmada Nisan 2009-Mart 2010 tarihleri arasında Peri Çayı’nda belirlenen 4 istasyondan alınan zooplankton örnekleri incelenerek, mevsimsel değişimleri tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma süresince Rotifera’ya ait 10 tür, Kladosera’ya ait 3 tür ve Kopepoda’ya ait 2 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Tüm zooplankton türleri içinde Rotifera diğer gruplara göre daha baskın gözlenmiştir. Rotifera’dan Keratella cochlearis’in, Kladosera’dan Ceriodaphnia reticulata ve Kopepoda’dan Cyclops vicinus’un en bol bulunan türler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Zooplankton tür çeşitliliği ve birey sayısı bakımından ilkbaharda en bol olurken, kışın en az olduğu dönem olarak tespit edilmiştir. Daha önce zooplankton çalışması yapılmadığından, kaydedilen zooplankton türleri Peri Çayı için ilk kayıttır.

ZOOPLANKTON OF PERİ STREAM (TUNCELİ–TÜRKİYE)

In this study zooplankton samples taken from 4 stations from Peri Stream between April 2009-March 2010 were determined and their seasonal changes have been observed. During the study 10 species from Rotifera, 3 species from Cladocera and 2 species from Copepoda were identified. Rotifera was fond to be the dominant group amoung other groups. In all samples Rotifera species were recorded. Keratella cochlearis from Rotifera, Ceriodaphnia reticulata from Cladocera and Cyclops vicinus from Copepoda were found as dominant species. Spring has got the highest species diversity and number of individual, winter has got lowest species diversity and number of individual. Zooplankton species recorded in Peri Stream is important in terms of being the first record.
