Bulanık mantık sistemlerde, kelimelerin farklı insanlar için farklı anlamlarının olması, bilginin aynı görüşte olmayan uzman grubundan alınması, bulanık mantık sistemleri harekete geçiren ölçümlerin gürültülü olması gibi nedenlerden dolayı belirsizlikler vardır. Bu makalede, bulanık mantığın yeni bir açılımı olan ve belirsizlikleri modelleyip etkisini azaltan tip-2 bulanık mantık ve tip-2 bulanık küme işlemlerine genel bir bakış sunulmuştur. Amaç, tip-2 bulanık mantık teorik konularını, tanımlamaları ve yapılan çalışmaları vurgulamaktadır.

Fuzzy logic system have an uncertainty because of words mean different things to different people, data obtained from experts who don’t all agree, measurements that activate the FLS are corrupted by noise. In this paper, we present a survey of operations on type-2 fuzzy set and type-2 fuzzy logic which is a new definition of fuzzy logic, model and minimize the effect of uncertainty. The main focus of this paper is on the theoretical topics, with descriptions of what they are, and what has been accomplished.
