KAVRAM ANALİZİ YÖNTEMİNİN KÜLTÜR KAVRAMININ ÖĞRENİLMESİNE ETKİSİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kavram analizi temel alınarak yapılan kavram öğretimi ile yalnızca kavramın tanımı ve örnekleri kullanılarak yapılan öğretimin, “kültür kavramının” öğrenilmesine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırma, öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu deneme modeline göre desenlenen yarı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma, Mersin Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul öncesi öğretmenliği IV. sınıf (I. ve II. öğretim) öğrencileri ile yapılmıştır (N= 106). Okul öncesi öğretmenliği IV. Sınıf 1. öğretim öğrencileri (n=50) deney grubu olarak atanmış ve kavram analizi temel alınarak öğretim yapılmıştır. Okul öncesi öğretmenliği 2. öğretim öğrencileri (n=56) kontrol grubu olarak atanmış ve grupta kültür kavramının tanımı ve örnekleri kullanılarak öğretim yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, kavram analizi tekniğinin kavramların öğrenilmesinde etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.

THE EFFECT OF CONCEPT ANALYSIS METHOD ON THE LEARNING OF THE CONCEPT OF CULTURE

The purpose of this work is to analyze the effect on the learning of “the concept of Culture” of teaching based on concept analysis against teaching based on “concept definition only and using examples”. Research is a based on the patterns pre-test/post-test the semi-empirical model. The research is carried out at Mersin university, Faculty of Education with pre-school teaching grade IV (first and second grade) students (N=160). School fourth grade teacher before the first analysis based on the concept of teaching students and faculty for teaching pre-school education group, the second definition of the concept of culture and education were made by using examples. The findings indicate that the “concept analysis” method is more effective in the learning of concepts.
