Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleğe yönelik tutumlarıyla, öğrencilerin yeni okul öncesi eğitim programındaki amaç ve kazanımlara ulaşma dereceleri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni Kocaeli ili okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 150 okul öncesi öğretmeni ve 450 okul öncesi öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin mesleğe yönelik olumlu tutuma sahip oldukları, öğrencilerin genelde eğitim programındaki amaç ve kazanımlara ulaştıkları, öğretmenlerinin mesleğe yönelik tutumları ile öğrencilerin eğitim programındaki amaç ve kazanımlara ulaşma dereceleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this research is evaluation of relationship between professional attitudes of preschool teachers and the reaching levels towards the goals and aims of new preschool teaching program. This research includes 450 preschool students and 150 preschool teachers who work in education institutions in Kocaeli. In this research general survey model is used. According to findinds of this study; it is concluded that preschool teachers have got a positive attitude towards to profession and secondly preschool children had reached program goals and aims in general, and lastly there is no significant relationship between professional attitudes of preschool teachers and the reaching levels towards the goals and aims of new preschool teaching program.
