SÜREÇ İYİLEŞTİRME YAKLAŞIMI OLARAK ALTI SİGMA VE BİR UYGULAMA

Çalışmada, imalat sanayinde faaliyet gösteren 11 işletmenin, Altı sigma proje uygulamalarının anket yoluyla incelenmesi ve bu uygulamaların stratejik hedeflerle ilişkisi analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler neticesinde işletmelerin altı sigma proje uygulamaları öncesi ve sonrası arasında bir karşılaştırma yapılarak ekonomik ve teknik olarak işletmelerin kazanımları belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda; en etkili stratejik hedeflerin; Müşteri tatmini ve Gelir elde etmek olduğu, üst yönetimin desteğinin vazgeçilmez olduğu, maliyetlerde azalma, kalite ve verimlilikte artış olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

SIX SIGMA AS AN APPROACH OF THE PROCESS IMPROVE AND AN APPLICATION

In this study, it was investigated Six sigma project implementation through surveys and analysed relationsip between implemntation and strategic aims of 11 firms in the manufacturing industry. Pursuant to this analysis, making a comparison between before and after of six sigma project management practices, the economic and technical achievements have been identified as a business. As a consequence of this analysis, the most effective strategic aims are customer satisfaction and to obtain revenue. In addition these below resuls are obtained. Upper management support is indispensable, cost reduction, quality and efficiency were increased.
