İLKÖĞRETİM OKUL MÜDÜRLERİNİN MEVZUAT GÖREVLERİ ÖZ-YETERLİLİK DÜZEYLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu araştırmada ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin mevzuatta belirtilen görevlere ilişkin öz-yeterlilik düzeylerini saptanmıştır. Tarama modelinde tasarlanan araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2008-2009 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ordu ili sınırlarından görev yapmakta olan 180 kamu ilköğretim okulu müdürü oluşturmuştur. Veriler araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen Mevzuat Görevleri Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği aracılığı ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin çözümlenmesinde t-testi, Kruskal Wallis-H testi ve Many Whitney-U testinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular okul müdürlerinin mevzuat görevleri öz-yeterlilik düzeylerinin yüksek olduğunu ve özellikle kıdem arttıkça öz-yeterlilik düzeylerinin arttığını göstermiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular literatüre dayalı olarak tartışılmıştır.

EVALUATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS’ SELF-EFFICACY LEVELS ABOUT LEGISLATION TASKS

This study aims to evaluate self-efficacy levels of elementary school principals relating to the tasks specified in the legislation. This research is designed as a scanning model and the sample of the study consists of 180 public elementary school principals who are working in provincial border of Ordu in 2008-2009 academic years. The data were gathered through using Legislation tasks Self-Efficacy Scale which is designed by researcher. The data were analyzed by using t-test, Kruskal Wallis-H test and Many Whitney-U test. The results suggest that school principal self-efficacy levels about legislation tasks are high and when seniority increase; accordingly self-efficacy levels also increase. Finally the findings of research are discussed based on literature.
