SOSYAL BİLGİLER ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN İLKÖĞRETİM 6. SINIF SOSYAL BİLGİLER PROGRAMININ UYGULANMASINA YÖNELİK GÖRÜŞLERİ

Bu araştırmayla öğretmenlerin altıncı sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler programının uygulanmasına yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerini toplamak amacıyla likert tipinde hazırlanan ve 60 maddeden oluşan, “Altıncı Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Programının Uygulamasına Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri” anketi Konya Merkez ilçelerinde yer alan 144 ilköğretim okulunda, 361 sosyal bilgiler öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen bulgulara göre sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin altıncı sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Programına genelde olumlu baktıkları; ancak bazı sorunlar yaşadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Programın daha etkili bir şekilde uygulanabilmesinin önündeki temel sorunlar arasında zaman problemi ile okulların mevcut koşullarının yetersizliği en çok vurgulananlar olmuştur.

THEACHERS OPINIONS REGARDING TO IMPLEMENTATIONS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL 6.GRADE SOCIAL SCIENCES LESSON

The objective of this research is to determine the teachers’ opinions regarding the implementation of the Social Sciences programme. In this research, survey search model has been used. A likert type questionnare titled “teachers’ opinions regarding the implementation of the Social Sciences programme” has 60 item to determine the problems and has been performed in 144 primary schools in the city of central Konya with 361 Social Sciences teachers. At the end of the research, according to the findings, it is concluded that the Social Sciences teachers are optimistic about the New Social Sciences Program although they encountered some problems when implementing it. There is some basic problems about new programs; insufficient environment and timing problem were pointed out as the most imported shortcomings of the program.
