Bu araştırmanın amacı mükemmeliyetçi okul müdürlerinin davranış ve tutumlarının öğretmenler üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkilerinin neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Gaziantep ilinin Nizip ilçesinde çalışan 40 öğretmendir. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde NVivo8 kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda mükemmeliyetçi okul müdürlerinin öğretmenlere olumlu etkisinin yanında olumsuz etkisi de bulunmaktadır.

In this research, the aim is to put forward positive or negative effects of being perfectionist and what aspects elementary school directors behave in a perfectionist way. The study group is 40 teachers working with the director who has the highest points on perfectionism scale. In the meeting, data are put into a computer, and they are analysed with the NVivo8 program. As a result of the analysis, perfectionist school directors have some positive effects on teachers as well as negative ones.
