Bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımı hayatımızın her alanında yaygınlaşmakta ve gelişmektedir. İnternet ve bilgisayar teknolojilerindeki hızlı gelişmelerden etkilenen alanlardan bir tanesi de eğitimdir. Özellikle 1990 yılından sonra hızlı gelişim gösteren yazılı, sesli ve görüntülü iletişim-etkileşim imkânı sunan internetin tüm dünyada hızlı bir gelişme süreci içerisine girmesi, internet üzerinden eğitim kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Günümüzde eğitim faaliyetlerinin web üzerinden yapılmasını sağlayan birçok yazılım mevcuttur. Bu yazılımlardan birisi de Selçuk Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesinde geliştirilen, web aracılığıyla öğrencilerin çevrimiçi ders materyallerine erişmelerini ve çevrimiçi sınav olabilmelerini sağlayan OSSİ (Online(çevrimiçi) Sınav Sİstemi)’dir. Bu çalışmada, Selçuk Üniversitesi‘nde Mesleki Eğitim Fakültesi, Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi ve İlahiyat Fakültesi’ndeki Temel Bilgisayar Kullanımı dersini alan öğrencilerin ders materyallerine ulaştıkları ve sınavlarında uygulanmakta olan, web üzerinde çalışan Online(çevrimiçi) Sınav Sistemi (OSSİ) ile ilgili olarak bu sistemi kullanan öğrencilerin görüşleri araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır.

The use of Information Technologies is getting widespread and improving in every field. Education is one of the fields that is affected by the rapid developments in the internet and computing technologies. Especially, since 1990 the internet has shown a rapid development by submitting a scribtive, audiol and visual opportunity of communication-interaction and education on the internet has revealed due to the fact that it gets into a rapid development all over the world. Nowadays there are a lot of softwares which submit education activities on the web. One of these softwares is OSSI (Online Sınav Sİstemi) which has been developed in Selçuk University Education Faculty and provides online class materials for students via web and gives the opportunity of online testing. In this study, the students who have been taking “Basic Computer Use” at Selcuk University Vocational Education Faculty, Ahmet Keleşoğlu Education Faculty, and Theology Faculty manage to get the class materials and with respect to the opinions of the students who use Online Examination System (OSSI) which is implemented in their exams and works on the web are investigated.
