Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri eğitim sürecinin geliştirilmesinde önemli bir yer tutmakta ve sürece yeni olanaklar sunmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, yaşam boyu öğrenme ve bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri arasındaki etkileşime vurgu yapılmıştır. Yaşam boyu öğrenme kavramının gelişmesiyle ortaya çıkan bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri gereksinimlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Eğitim Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, nitel araştırma veri toplama yöntemlerinden “yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme” tekniği yoluyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, birinci aşamada, sorulara verilen yanıtlar analiz edilmiş, ikinci aşamada, bulgular, frekans dağılımı olarak sunulmuştur.

Information and communication technologies have a significant role in improving the education process and present new opportunities to the process. In this research, the interaction between lifelong learning and information and communication technologies is emphasized. This research aims to identify the development of the concept of lifelong learning needs of emerging information and communication technologies and so survey model was patterned. The study group consist of final year students in Faculty of Education. The research data was collected through qualitative research methods of data collection by technique of "semi-structured interview". Solution of data, in the first stage, responses to questions posed by teacher candidates were analyzed, in the second stage, the findings, presented as frequency distribution.
