COĞRAFİ BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ (CBS) YARDIMI İLE ŞEHİRLERARASI YOLLARDA TRAFİK KAZALARININ ANALİZİ: ELAZIĞ ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmada, Elazığ Bölge Trafik Müdürlüğü görev alanında bulunan şehirlerarası karayollarında trafik kazalarının dağılımı ve kaza kara noktaları Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) ortamında tespit edilmiştir. Netcad ve Mapinfo 8,5 programları kullanılarak, Elazığ ili genelinde tespit edilen kaza kara noktaları ve kazaya meyilli bölgeler belirlenmiştir. Elazığ İli Bölge Trafik Müdürlüğü’nden alınan, 2000–2006 yılları arasında meydana gelen trafik kazalarının tespit tutanakları ile veri tabanı oluşturulmuştur. Kazaların çarpışma diyagramları ile coğrafi kodlama referans sistemleri kullanılarak topoloji kurulmuştur. Ayrıca bu çalışma ile Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi yazılımları yardımıyla trafik kazalarının sebepleri istatistiksel testlerle ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sebeplere yönelik alınabilecek önlemlere dikkat çekilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre karayolu kazalarının hangi saatlerde, hangi bölgelerde, hangi nedenlerle yoğunlaştığı irdelenmiştir.

Analyzing Of The Traffic Accident Among The City Roads By The Geographic Information Systems (gis): Elazig Example

In this study, the distribution of the traffic accidents among the city roads and the accident black points has been determined by the geographic information systems. The accident black points and the regions which have a tendency to the accident have been determined by the using of the Netcad and Mapinfo 8.5 programmes. The data records have been formed by the accident data’s which happened in 2000-2006 that was taken from the traffic manager in Elazig. The topology has been set up by the geographic code reference systems and crashing diagrams of the accidents. In addition, the accidents’ reasons has been worked to exhibit by the statically tests. We called attention to these reasons. According to these data, we researched of which times, which reasons and which regions have been caused to the motorways accidents.
