GENÇLİK VE SPOR GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ İL SPOR ŞUBE MÜDÜRLERİNİN SOSYO-DEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİ İLE ATILGANLIK DÜZEYLERİ VE PROBLEM ÇÖZME BECERİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu araştırmada, Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü il spor şube müdürlerinin demografik özellikleri, atılganlık ve problem çözme becerileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada Türkiye’nin çeşitli illerinden , Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü il spor şube müdürleri seminerine katılan 72 kişi yer almıştır. Müdürlere kişisel bilgi formu, Rathus Atılganlık Envanteri (RAE) ve Problem Çözme Envanteri (PÇE) uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 istatistik programında test edilmiştir. İki grup arasındaki farklılıkları incelemek amacıyla Mann-Whitney U testi, ikiden fazla gruplar arasındaki farklılığı değişkenlere göre incelemek için Kruskal Wallis testi, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı testleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü il spor şube müdürlerinin, RAE ve PÇE puan ortalamalarının orta seviyelerde olduğu, eğitim düzeylerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık (p<0.05) bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

EXAMINATION OF DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS, ASSERTIVENESS AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS OF YOUTH AND SPORT ADMINISTRATION PROVINCE SPORT OFFICE MANAGERS

In this study, demographic characteristics, assertiveness and problem solving skills of Youth and Sport Administration province sport office managers were searched. 72 took part in Youth and Sport Administration province sport office managers seminar from different countries of Turkey. Individual Inquiry, Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAI) and Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) were delivered to the managers. Obtained datas were tested on SPSS 15.0 statistic programme. Mann-Whitney U test was used to examine the differences between two groups; Kruskal Wallis was used to examine the differences between groups more than two and Pearson Correlation Coefficient test was used to inspect the relations between variations. As a result of the study, it was determined that average of RAI and PSI points of Youth and Sport Administration province sport office managers were in medium levels, altough there were significiant differences (p<0.05) according to education levels.
