Günümüzde artan konut ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla, farklı üretim biçimlerine göre konut yapımı hızla devam etmektedir. Bu araştırmada, “Kooperatif, Müteahhit ve Şahıs” tarafından üretilmiş konutlardaki kullanıcı memnuniyeti, bazı kullanıcı demografik özellikleri-fiziksel çevre ve konut çevresi değişkenlerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla hazırlanan bir anket, Elazığ’ın yakın zamanda imara açılan ve yoğun yapılaşmanın olduğu bazı mahallelerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, konut kullanıcı memnuniyeti ile konut üretim biçimi arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli bir ilişki bulunmuştur. “Şahıs”lar tarafından yapılan konutların, “kooperatif ve müteahhit” tarafından yapılan konutlara göre daha fazla oranda kullanıcı memnuniyeti sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle, konut üretim sürecinde, gerekli performans ölçütleri belirlenmelidir.

Today construction of housing with different types of production is continuing in order to meet the growing need for housing. The user satisfaction of the houses produced by “cooperative, contractors and individual” is evaluated according to demographic characteristics of some users, physical environment and environment of the housing variables. A questionaire which is prepared for this purpose was applied on some neighborhoods which are located in new and concentrated settlements of Elazy?. According to research results, an important statistical relationship is found between user satisfaction and housing production. It is seen that the housings produced by “individual” gives much more satisfaction to users than the housings produced by “cooperatives and contractors”. Therefore, the necessary performance criterions should be determined in the process of housing production.
