WİSTAR ALBİNO SIÇANLARIN KAS VE TESTİS DOKULARINDA 7,12-DMBA HASARINA KARŞI KATESİN VE VİTAMİN E’NİN YAĞ ASİDİ BİLEŞİMİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Wistar Albino cinsi sıçanlara DMBA uygulanan çalışmada katesin ve vitamin E’nin antioksidan özellikleri araştırıldı. Ratlar, kontrol, DMBA, DMBA+CAT ve DMBA+VE olarak rastgele gruplara ayrıldı. GC kullanılarak yağ asidi analizleri yapıldı. Kas dokusunda, palmitik asit miktarının kontrol grubuna göre DMBA ve DMBA+VE gruplarında düşük olduğu belirlendi (p<0.01, p<0.05). Palmitoleik asit miktarının her iki dokuda da kontrol grubuna göre diğer gruplarda azaldığı saptandı (p<0.05, p<0,01). Kas dokusunda oleik asit miktarı kontrol ve DMBA gruplarına göre DMBA+CAT grubunda azaldığı tespit edildi (p<0.05, p<0.01). Kas dokusunda, linoleik asit miktarı (18:2, n6) kontrol grubuna göre diğer gruplarda artarken (p<0.01), testis dokusunda ise antioksidan verilen gruplarda azaldı (p<0.05). Araşidonik asit miktarı testis dokusunda antioksidan grupların her ikisinde yükseldiği belirlendi (p<0.05).

THE EFFECTS OF CATESINE AND VITAMIN E ON FATTY ACID COMPOUNDS IN MUSCLE AND TESTIS TISSUES OF WISTAR ALBINO RATS AGAINST 7,12-DMBA DAMAGE

TThe antioxidant effects of catesine and vitamin E was investigated on wistar albino rats induced by DMBA. The rats divided randomly groups as control, DMBA, DMBA+CAT and DMBA+VE. Fatty acid content were analyzed by using GC. It is detected that the rations of palmitic acid levels in DMBA and DMBA+VE groups was lower than control group (p<0.01, p<0.05). It was determined that the rations of palmitoleic acid levels was decreased all of groups compared to control group in each tissue (p<0.05, p<0,01). It was defined that the rations of oleic acid levels was decreased in DMBA+CAT group compared to control and DMBA groups in muscle tissue (p<0.05, p<0.01). Linoleic acid (18:2, n6) level was increased in all group compared to control group (p<0.01) in muscle tissue, and was decreased in antioxidant group in testis tissue(p<0.05). It was detected that the arachidonic acid level was increased in each group of antioxidants in testis tissue (p<0.05).
