Betimsel tarama modelinde olan bu çalışma, öğretim araç-gereçleri kullanımına etki eden faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretim araç-gereçleri kullanımına öğrencilerin bilişsel, duyuşsal ve psikomotor alanlardaki bilgi ve becerileri, derslerin amaç ve içerikleri ile derslerde kullanılan öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerinin etki ettiği belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin istedikleri zaman okulda öğretim araç-gereçlerini bulmaları ile öğretim araç-gereçlerinin günün teknolojik özelliklerine uygun ve güncel olması, kullanma kolaylığına, rehber veya kullanma kılavuzuna sahip olmasının bu araç-gereçlerin kullanımına olumlu nitelikte etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir. In this study, in which descriptive scanning model was used, it is aimed to determine the factors that have influence on the utilization of instructional materials. The results show these factors have influence on the utilization of instructional materials; students’ cognitive, affective and psychomotor knowledge and skills, lessons’ aims, contents, and the methods and techniques that have been used in these lessons. These factors have positive effects on the utilization of instructional materials; when instructional materials are easily reachable in school for teachers, when these materials are up-to-date, equipped with modern technologies, conveniently usable, and have manual for the guidance of users.
