SINIF ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ÜRÜN SEÇKİ DOSYALARININ İŞLEVİNE VE UYGULANMASINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin ürün seçki dosyalarının işlevine ve uygulanmasına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Betimsel nitelikteki bu araştırmada Elazığ il merkezinde görev yapan 197 sınıf öğretmeninin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşleri cinsiyetlerine ve hizmet sürelerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis H testleri, ve kişisel bilgilerin analizinde ise frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan sınıf öğretmenlerinin, ürün seçki dosyalarının gerek işlevine gerekse uygulanmasına ilişkin görüşlerinin cinsiyetlerine ve hizmet sürelerine göre değişmediği ve olumlu düzeyde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

THE OPINIONS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ON THE FUNCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PORTFOLIO

The aim of this study is to determine the primary school teachers’ opinions on the function and implementation of portfolio. This is a descriptive study and was carried out 197 teachers working in primary schools in center of Elazığ city. A data collection tool developed by researchers was used in the study. The opinions of the teachers were evaluated and the data were analyzed in terms of gender and occupational seniority of the teachers. Independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis H tests were used to analyze the data. Also frequency and percentage were used to analyze the personal data. As a result of the study, no significant differences were found between the opinions of the teachers about the function and implementation of portfolio.
