KOKTEYL İÇECEĞİ HAZIRLAYAN VE SERVİS YAPAN ROBOT OTOMASYONU

Günümüzde robotların büyük bir çoğunluğu endüstri alanında kullanılmaktadır. Sanayi tipi robotlar boyama, sızdırmazlık, kaynak, montaj, makinelere parça yükleme ve boşaltma işlerinde, beyaz eşya, otomotiv endüstrilerinde sıkça kullanılmaktadır. Robotlar, insanın hareket sahasını üç-dört kat genişletebilmektedir. Robotlar hassaslık ya da güç gerektiren işleri, büyük bir hızla hatasız olarak yerine getirebilmektedir. Bu yüzden robot teknolojilerini geliştirmede büyük şirketler (Sony, Honda …) üniversiteler ve teknoloji kurumlarıyla baş başa gitmektedirler [1]. Bu benzetim projesinde, Lego Mindstorms Robotic Invention System 2.0 seti ile Scorbot ER V Plus Robot Kolunu birlikte kullanarak, farklı içeceklerden belirli bir oranda alınıp, kokteyl içeceği hazırlanarak, bu içeceğin servis aracı ile istenilen noktaya nakli gerçekleştirilmiştir. Oluşturulan otomasyonunda, öncelikle Scorbot ER V Plus robot kolu yardımı ile içeceklerden belirli oranda alınarak bir kokteyl içeceği hazırlanmaktadır.

ROBOT AUTOMATION PREPARING AND SERVING COCKTAIL DRINK

Nowadays, a great majority of robots are used in industrial field. Industrial-type robots re frequently used in works of painting, leak proofing, welding, assembly, charging components to machines and discharging components from machines and in white goods as well as automotive industries. Robots can expand human’s movement extent three – four fold. Robots can perform works that necessitate sensibility or power by leaps and bounds and without any errors. Therefore, major companies (Sony, Honda …) put their heads together with universities and technology institutions in robot technology development [1]. In this simulation project, conveyance of a drink is performed via a service tool by using Lego Mindstorms Robotic Invention System 2.0 set together with Scorbot ER V Plus Robotic Arm and taking definite amounts from different drinks and preparing a cocktail drink.
