Bu makalenin amacı, 1930-1939 yılları arasında devletçi iktisat politikaları çerçevesinde yabancı sermayeye ait olan iktisadi teşekküllerin millileştirilme çabalarını ve bu çabaların ekonomiye yansımalarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, çeşitli sektörlerde yapılan önemli millileştirmelerin, hükümete, bu alanlardaki politikaların genel iktisat politikalarına uygun olarak yürütülmesi imkânını sağladığı görülmektedir. Millileştirmeler devlet eliyle sanayileşme politikalarının yürütülmesine destek olmuş, 1933- 1939 yılları arasında devletçi iktisat politikalarıyla yakalanan sanayileşme ve büyüme temposuna olumlu katkı sunmuşlardır. Bu yönüyle millileştirmeler ülke ekonomisini canlandırmada etkin bir politika aracı haline dönüşmüşlerdir. Bu çalışmayla, günümüzde yaşanan uluslararası ekonomik krizlerle beraber bir müdahale aracı olarak tekrar gündeme gelen devletleştirme- millileştirme tartışmalarına iktisadi boyutuyla katkı sunulması hedeflenmektedir.

The purpose of this article is to reveal nationalization efforts of economic enterprises owned by foreign capital and the reflection of these efforts to the economy between the years 1930-1939 within the framework of statist economic policies. The results of this study important nationalization seen in various sectors allow the government to the possibility of execution in accordance with the general economic policy and policies in these areas. Supported the implementation of state of the industrialization policy of nationalization, contribute to the pace of industrialization and growth captured by statist economic policies between 1933- 1939. Considering these aspect nationalizations had become an effective policy instrument in boosting the country`s economy. With this study, it is aimed to contribute to the economic dimension debate of nationalization which came to the fore again as an intervention tool with the international economic crisis we face today.
