YAPI PROJELERİNDE STRATEJİK İŞBİRLİKLERİNİ GELİŞTİRMEK İÇİN ULUSLARARASI ORTAKLIKLAR ÜZERİNE BİR ANALİZ: ULAŞIM PROJELERİ ÖRNEĞİ

Ulaşım projeleri, ileri teknoloji ve yüksek sermaye gerektirmeleri nedeniyle uluslararası ortaklıklarla üstlenilen yapı projelerinin başında gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ulaşım projelerinde uluslararası ortaklıkları oluşturma nedenlerini ve proje yönetimi sürecinde karşılaşılan sorunları ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla, bu çalışma kapsamında belirlenen sekiz ulaşım projesinde görev almış profesyonellerle bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket çalışmasından elde edilen sonuçlar "SPSS 20.0" istatistik veri analiz programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, uluslararası ortaklık oluşturmak için on beş neden ve proje yönetimi sürecinde karşılaşılan yirmi bir sorun tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, uluslararası yapı ortaklıklarında stratejik işbirliklerini geliştirmeye yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

AN ANALYSIS ON INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS FOR DEVELOPING STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS: A CASE STUDY ON TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

Transportation projects come at the beginning of construction projects undertaken by international partnerships due to the fact that they require advanced technology and high capital. The aim of this study is to find out motives for forming international partnerships and challenges encountered in the project management process in transportation projects. To that end, a questionnaire survey was carried out with professionals who have worked in eight transportation projects determined in the scope of this study. The results obtained from the questionnaire survey were evaluated by using “SPSS 20.0†statistics data analysis program. Finally, fifteen reasons for forming international partnerships and twenty one problems occurring in the project management process were found. Based on the findings of the study, some recommendations were presented for developing strategic collaborations in international construction partnerships.
