DİJİTAL OYUNLARIN PAZARLANMASINDA GRAFİK TASARIMIN ÖNEMİ

Hızla gelişen bir sektör olarak dijital oyunlar, günümüzde pazarlama sürecinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Ancak pazarlama stratejilerinin başarısını etkileyen temel unsurlardan biri olan grafik tasarımın bu süreçteki etkisi yeterince incelenmemiştir. Bu çalışma, dijital oyun tasarımlarının pazarlanmasında grafik tasarımın oynadığı rolü ve etkisini derinlemesine incelemeyi, karşılaşılan zorluklar ve bu zorlukların aşılması için öneriler geliştirmeyi, gelecekteki teknolojik gelişmelerin grafik tasarım üzerindeki potansiyel etkilerini değerlendirmeyi ve dijital oyun pazarlamasının evrimine dair öneriler sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, sosyal ve kültürel olguları derinlemesine anlamayı, yorumlamayı ve açıklamayı amaçlayan nitel araştırma deseni bağlamında ele alınmış, dijital oyun pazarlamasında grafik tasarımın rolünü ve önemini incelemek amacıyla betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularından elde edilen sonuçlar, grafik tasarımın dijital oyun pazarlamasında yalnızca estetik bir unsur değil, oyuncu deneyimini şekillendiren stratejik bir araç olduğunu da göstermekte, gelecekte artırılmış gerçeklik (AR), sanal gerçeklik (VR) ve yapay zekâ (AI) tabanlı uygulamaların, oyun pazarlamasında daha etkileşimli ve kişiselleştirilmiş deneyimler sunma potansiyeline işaret etmektedir.

THE IMPORTANCE OF GRAPHIC DESIGN IN MARKETING DIGITAL GAMES

As a rapidly developing industry, digital games play a significant role in today's marketing process. However, the impact of graphic design, a key element influencing the success of marketing strategies, has not been sufficiently studied. This study aims to deeply examine the role and impact of graphic design in the marketing of digital games, develop challenges encountered and recommendations for overcoming these challenges, assess the potential impact of future technological developments on graphic design, and offer recommendations for the evolution of digital game marketing. The research was conducted within the context of a qualitative research design that aims to deeply understand, interpret, and explain social and cultural phenomena. Descriptive analysis was used to examine the role and importance of graphic design in digital game marketing. The research findings demonstrate that graphic design is not only an aesthetic element in digital game marketing but also a strategic tool that shapes the player experience. They point to the potential of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI)-based applications to deliver more interactive and personalized experiences in game marketing in the future.
