MACHINE TRANSLATION INSTEAD OF HUMAN TRANSLATORS BETWEEN MAN AND MACHINE

Muhammet KOÇAK1

In our age, the use of machine Translation is widely used, if the machine Translation can replace human Translators in this article with some case examples to explain. In addition to the advantages of machine translation, such as that it is far more cost-effective and faster than the human translation, there are also disadvantages, such as inadequate translations, which would not make sense without the human correction. The complete replacement of human Translation, machine Translation seems to be so far away. Not all machine translation tools provide the same result, even between them there are different translation strategies, as is the case with human translators. Each strategy creates different translation solutions depending on the text style, which are sometimes useful but also unusable. The key factors here are the nature of the source text. It can be argued that the machine translation should only be considered and used as a Tool, that it can be helpful for the translator if it can be used properly.
