VEYN KESME DENEYİ İLE SİLTLİ ZEMİNLERİN KAYMA DAYANIMINA KİL YÜZDESİNİN ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışmada, kilin siltli zeminlerin kohezyon (c) değerleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Siltli zeminler çoğunlukla düşük mukavemetli ve problemli zeminler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Deney numuneleri silte farklı yüzdelerde kil (%10, %20, %30, %40, %50) ilave edilerek bulamaç çamuru yöntemi ile hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan numuneler üzerinde laboratuvar tipi veyn deneyi yapılmış ve siltli zeminlerin kesme direnci parametrelerinden kohezyon (c) değerlerinin kil yüzdesinin artmasıyla arttığı görülmüştür.

INVESTIGATION EFFECT OF CLAY PERCENTAGE ON SHEAR STRENGTH OF SILTY SOILS BY LABORATORY TYPE VANE SHEAR TEST

In this study, the effect of the clay on cohesion (c) of silty soils was examined. Silt soils are mostly confronted as low strength and problematic soils. Samples were prepared by adding clay in different percentages (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) to silt slurry sludge method. Experiments were carried out on the prepared specimens and it has been seen that the cohesion (c) values of the silty soils cutting resistance parameters increase with the increase of the clay percentage.
