Bu çalışmada Amasya İli Suluova İlçesi'ndeki Yedikuğular Kuş Cenneti ve çevresinin florası araştırılmıştır. Çalışma alanından 2013-2015 yılları arasındaki vejetasyon dönemlerinde toplanan 400 bitki örneğinin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, bu alanda yayılış gösteren 51 familya ve 143 cinse ait 211 tür ve tür altı takson tespit edilmiştir. Alandaki taksonların 11’i endemik olup endemizm oranı %5.21’tir. Araştırma alanından belirlenen taksonların 27’si (%12.8) İran–Turan, 20’si (%9.47) Avrupa–Sibirya ve 14’ü (%6.63) de Akdeniz fitocoğrafik bölgesi elementidir. 150 takson (%71.1) ise birden fazla ya da bilinmeyen bölgelidir. En fazla takson içeren ilk 5 familya; Asteraceae-Fabaceae (27 takson; %12.79), Poaceae (19 takson; %9), Lamiaceae-Boraginaceae (12 takson; %5.68), Rosaceae-Ranunculaceae (10 takson; %4.73), Brassicaceae-Apiaceae (8 takson; %3.79), şeklindedir.

In this study, the flora of Yedikuğular Bird Sanctuary in the Amasya Province Suluova District (In Turkey) and its surroundings were investigated. In the study area, 211 taxa (species and subspecies) belong to 51 families and 143 genus, were determined in vegetation periods between 2013 and 2015. 11 of them are endemic and the rate of endemism is 5.21%. 27 (12.8%) of the taxa are Irano-Turanian, 20 (9.47%) taxa are Europe-Siberian and 14 (6.63%) taxa are Mediterranean phytogeographic region elements. 150 taxa (71.1%) belong to more than one region or unknown region. The order of the first five families which consist most taxa ar as follows: Asteraceae-Fabaceae (27 taxa; 12.79%), Poaceae (19 taxa; 9%), Lamiaceae-Boraginaceae (12 taxa; 5.68%), Rosaceae-Ranunculaceae (10 taxa; 4.73%), Brassicaceae-Apiaceae (8 taxa; 3.79%), respectively.
