Müşteri şikâyeti, müşterilerden gelen olumsuz geri bildirimdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, müşterilerin denim giysi şikayetlerini incelemektir. Ardından tespit edilen şikayetlere, uzman görüşlerini kullanarak çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Belirlenen amaca ulaşmak için, bir denim markasına yönelik müşteri şikayetleri www.sikayetvar.com web sitesi aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda, müşterilerin en fazla şikayetlerinin; renk solması, bollaşma ve yırtık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra tespit edilen sorunların çözümü için uzman görüşleri alınmıştır. Uzmanlara göre; Denim kumaşların indigo boyar maddelerle boyanmaları nedeniyle renk değiştirme ve renk vermesi normaldir. Denim kumaşların ipliklerinde likra kullanılması ayrıca denim pantolon üretimde yüksek gramajlı denim kumaş kullanılması bollaşmayı önleyebilir. Denim kumaş üretimde kullanılan ipliklerin çift katlı ve sert bükümlü olması ayrıca geniş baldırlı müşterilere bol kesim ve/veya elastomer malzemeli yumuşak kumaşlı denim pantolonların önerilmesi yırtılmaları azaltabilir.

Customer complaint is negative feedback from customers. The aim of this study is to examine the denim clothing complaints of customers. Then, to provide solutions to the detected complaints by using expert opinions. In order to achieve the determined goal, customer complaints against a denim brand have been examined through the website www.sikayetvar.com. As a result of the examination, it has been determined that the most complaints of the customers were discoloration, slackening and tearing. Then, expert opinions have been taken to solve the problems identified. According to experts; It is normal for denim fabrics to change color because they are dyed with indigo dyes. The use of lycra in the yarns of denim fabrics and the use of high-weight denim fabrics in the production of denim pants can prevent slack. The fact that the yarns used in denim fabric production are double-layered and hard twisted, and also, suggesting loose-cut and / or soft fabric denim trousers with elastomer materials to customers with wide calves can reduce tearing.
