Ergonomi sağlık sektöründe çalışanların verimini, güvenliğini ve sağlığını etkileyen en önemli faktörlerdendir. Sistem, donanım, çevre, araç-gereçlerin insana uygun tasarlanması olarak tanımlanabilen ergonomi insan davranışları, sistem tasarımı ve güvenlik arasındaki etkileşimi anlamamızı sağlayan bir disiplin olarak ifade edilebilmektedir. Buradan yola çıkarak kombinasyon sedyenin hastane ortamında hasta bakıcılar üzerindeki etkileri literatür ışığında incelenmektedir. Hasta nakli esnasındaki zorluklar ve hasta bakıcıların bilinçli, bilinçsiz hatalarının önlenmesi iş verimini ve hasta bakıcının sağlığını olumlu etkileyebilmektedir. Tedavi gören hasta ve birçok iş yükü olan hasta bakıcının sağlığı için bu iyileştirmeler önem arz etmektedir. Söz konusu incelemede önce pareto analizi ile hasta nakli esnasında oluşan olumsuz durumlar ve şikayetler incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ise tespit edilen soruna bir çözüm önerisi sunulmuştur. Sunulan çözüm ergonomik açıdan incelenmiştir. Olumlu ve olumsuz yanları listelenmiştir.

Ergonomics is one of the most important factors affecting the productivity, safety and health of the employees in the health sector. Ergonomics, which can be defined as the design of systems, equipment, environment, tools and equipment according to human, can be expressed as a discipline that enables us to understand the interaction between human behavior, system design and safety. Based on this, the effects of combination stretcher chairs on caregivers in the hospital environment were examined in the light of the literature. Difficulties during patient transfer and prevention of conscious, unconscious mistakes of caregivers can positively affect work efficiency and health of caregivers. These improvements are important for the health of the patient receiving treatment and the caregiver who is under heavy workload. In this examination, the negative situations and complaints that occur during patient transplantation were first examined by pareto analysis. Then, a solution proposal was presented to the identified problem. The solution presented was examined from an ergonomic point of view. Its pros and cons were listed.
