Bu çalışmada, İnternet kullanılarak bir konut güvenlik sistemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen konut güvenlik sisteminde herhangi bir uyarı oluştuğunda, uzaktaki istemci bilgisayar üzerinde sesli ve görüntülü alarm verilmektedir. Konut içerisine yerleştirilen algılayıcılar tarafından oluşturulan uyarı bilgisi kodlanarak, İnternet bağlantısı aracılığıyla iletilmekte ve sistem gerçek zamanlı izlenebilmektedir. Yapılan uygulamada uyarı bilgisi bilgisayarın paralel portu kullanılarak elde edilmektedir. Bu uygulama ile dünyanın herhangi bir yerinden gerçek zamanlı olarak izlenebilen bir güvenlik sistemi geliştirilmiş ve diğer güvenlik sistemlerine göre çok ucuz bir çözüm olarak sunulmuştur.

In this study, a home security system has been realized using Internet. When a warning occurred on the system, both visual and sound alarm has been done on the remote client computer. The warning data, which is created by sensors implemented in the home, has been coded and transmitted via Internet, and the system has been monitored in real-time. In this application, warning data has been obtained from parallel port. A security system which is monitored all over the world in real-time has been developed as a feasible solution compared with other security systems.
