Dünyada yaşanan gelişim, değişim ve dönüşümleri açıklamak için yaygın biçimde kullanılan küreselleşme olgusu; dünyanın küçülmesine, ekonomik faaliyetlerin serbestleşmesine, ulusların birbirine yaklaşmasına, kültürel hayatın tek tipleşmesine, finansal aynileşmeye, ABD hegemonyasına, bu olguya bağlı olarak ortaya çıktığına inanılan sorunların belirlenmesine vurgu yapmaktadır. Küreselleşmeye bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan sorunlardan biride gelişmişlik düzeyi ne olursa olsun dünya çapında tüm ülkelerin ortak sorunu haline gelen yaygın işsizliktir. İşsizlik hadisesi, küreselleşme olgusuna bağlı olarak dünya çapında yeni bir biçim ve yaygınlık kazanmıştır.

The globalization fact that is used to explain commonly the improvement, change and revolutions on the woild has been based on minimizing the world, liberalization of economic acts, closing upon the nations, similarity of cultural life, financial resembling, USA hegemony, establishment of the problems believed that has occurred tied to that fact. One of the problems that occurred tied to the globalization is the unemployment that has been a common problem of all countries around the world, even if the development levels of them are not equal. Unemployment act has a new form and prevalence around the world tied to the globalization.
