Bu araştırmada; Gazi Üniversitesi`ne bağlı Endüstriyel Sanatlar Eğitim Fakültesi`nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin tükenmişlik düzeyleri ve tükenmişlik düzeylerinin bazı değişkenlere göre aralarında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma Gazi Üniversitesi`ne bağlı Endüstriyel Sanatlar Eğitim Fakültesi`nde öğrenim gören 332`si birinci sınıf, 293`ü dördüncü sınıf olmak üzere toplam 625 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, Pines (2005) tarafından hazırlanan, Tümkaya ve arkadaşları tarafından (2009) Türkçeye uyarlanan, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan "Tükenmişlik Ölçeği Kısa Versiyonu" (The Burnout Measure Short Version – BMS) ve demografik özellikler içeren "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde ve ortalamalar arası farkın anlamlığını test etmek üzere "t"testi ve çoklu değişkenlerde varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. In this research; level of burnout of the students studying in Industrial Arts Education Faculty of Gazi University and whether they have any differences among them according to some variables of their level of burnout. The research was made with a total of 625 students, 332 of them being freshmen and 293 of them being senior students getting their education in Faculty of Industrial Arts Education at Gazi University. "The Burnout Measure Short Version - BMS), which was prepared by Pines (2005), adapted to Turkish by Tumkaya et al. (2009) and of which reliability was made and "Personal Information Form ", which includes demographic qualities were used. "t" test was used in order to test the relevance of the difference between frequency, percentage and averages in the analysis of the collected data and variance analysis was used in multiple variables.
