Bildiride yazar, 29-30 Eylül 2005 tarihinde İnşaat Mühendisleri Odası İzmir Şubesince düzenlenen 3.Yapı İşletmesi Kongresi Bildiriler kitabında yayınlanmış bulunan ;İnşaat Uygulama ve Yönetim Mühendisliği Kapsamında Proje Yönetiminin Temel Ögesi: "İNSAN" adlı çalışmasına dayanarak İnşaat Mühendisi Yöneticilerimize çağdaş girişimcilik alanındaki insan davranış özelliklerini açıklamaktadır. Bu amaçla birinci bölümde beyinsel işlevler, ikinci bölümde anılan işlevler açısından davranış özellikleri (Yöntem); üçüncü bölümde ise Varsıl Özellikleri ile önceki bölümlerde saptananlar karşılaştırılarak eğitsel öneriler dile getirilmektedir.

The paper deals with the behavioral characteristics of professional managers and is based on the former paper of the author submitted to the 3rd. Congress of Construction Management organised by the Chamber of Civil Engineers in Izmir between 29-30 September 2005 and printed in the Congress-Book with the titel "Human Aspects of Project Management in Costruction Engineering" Following the Summary, the second part of the present paper deals with the Evaluation of the Paper and its Significance for further Research Works` ; the third part with the human brain functions ; the forth with the related behavioural aspects and the last part (Conclusion) with the characteristics of wealthy poeple based on references and on comparative cultural behaviours of poeple in industrial and non industrial countries as presented in Table 1.
