Bu çalışmada İnşaat Teknikerliği Eğitimi içinde yer alan İşletme Yönetimi dersinin teknikerlik öğrencilerine verilmesinde; sık küçük sınav uygulaması, yoğun küçük ödevler verilmesi, konular ile ilgili vaka etütleri yapılması ve öğrencilerin konu ile ilgili kendilerinin seçecekleri farklı birer kitaptan yapacakları kısa sunumlarla dersin daha derin kavranması ve faydalılığının artırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Kaman Meslek Yüksekokulu (MYO), İnşaat Programı ikinci sınıf öğrencilerine yarıyıl başında; bir akademik dönem boyunca uygulanacak ders içeriği ve programı, kaynak kitaplar, ödev içerikleri ve ödev teslim tarihleri yazılı olarak verilmiştir. Dersin işlendiği dönem boyunca öğrencilere 6 küçük sınav uygulanmış ve 20 küçük ödev verilmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to apply frequent quizzes, give intense but short homework, have case studies on topics and get students to do short presentations of a book, chosen by themselves, in order to understand the lesson deeply and maximize the efficiency. For this purpose, in Ahi Evran University Kaman Vocational School at the very beginning of the term, the course list and content of the academic term, source books, assignments and their deadlines have been given as a paper to the second year students of Construction Education. During the term 6 quizzes and 20 short homework have been given. At the end of the term every student had a presentation of a book he/ she read, chosen from the source book list. At the end of the term, a questionnaire has been applied to the students to evaluate this approach and the data has been discussed through the study.
