GAZİANTEP İLİNDE EL BECERİ KURSLARINA GELEN KADINLARIN AİLE PLANLAMASINA YÖNELİK, BİLGİ TUTUM VE DAVRANIŞLARI

Ana çocuk sağlığı tüm Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de en önemli sağlık sorunlarındandır. Sağlıklı bireyler için aile planlaması şarttır. Tanımlayıcı çalışmada toplumun aile planlamasına ilişkin bilgi, tutum ve davranışları incelenmiştir. Araştırma örneklemini Mart-Kasım 2015’de Gaziantep’te el beceri kurslarına gelen 1250 kadın oluşturmuştur. AP tutum, Coopersmith benlik saygısı ölçeği ve kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmış, verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0, sayı, yüzdelik, ortalama, standart sapma ve x² kullanılmıştır. Kadınların yaş ortalaması 33.69±10.59 olup, %80’ni evli ve ilk evlilik yaşı ortalaması 16.46±7.73’dür. Kadınların %31.7'si ilkokul mezunudur. Gebelik sayısı ortalaması 2.84±2.36’dır. Kadınların AP’ye ilişkin bilgi kaynağının %46.9’u ASM ve çalışanları, %58'u herhangi bir AP yöntemi kullandığını ifade etmiştir. Kadınların tutum ölçeği puan ortalaması 134.99±23.07’dir. AP hizmetleri toplumun ihtiyaçlarına cevap verecek şekilde organize edilmelidir.

FROM COURSES FOR FAMILY PLANNING AMONG WOMEN IN THE PROVINCE OF GAZIANTEP, SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR

Maternal child health is the most important health problem in the whole world and in Turkey. Family planning is essential for healthy individuals. In the descriptive study, the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the family about the family planning were examined. The sample of the research was formed by 1250 women who came to handicraft courses in Gaziantep in March-November 2015. AP attitude, Coopersmith self-esteem scale and personal information form were used. SPSS 22.0, number, percentage, mean, standard deviation and x² were used in the analysis of data. The average age of the women is 33.69±10.59, 80% is married and the average age of first marriage is 16.46±7.73. 31.7% of the women are primary school graduates. The mean number of pregnancies is 2.84±2.36. 46.9% of ASM and its employees reported 58.0% of women's AP source, and 58% used any AP method. The average score of women attitude scale is 134.99±23.07. AP services should be organized to meet the needs of the community.
