OBSESİF KOMPULSİF BOZUKLUĞU OLAN HASTALARDA SOSYAL UYUM VE YAŞAM KALİTESİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı, OKB hastalarında sosyal uyum, yaşam kalitesi ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi belirlemekti. Çalışma tanımlayıcı araştırma tipinde gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanın örneklemini 114 OKB tanılı hasta oluşturdu. Veriler sosyodemografik veri formu, Y-BOCS, WHOQOL-BREF-TR ve SUKDÖ kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 23.0 paket programı kullanıldı. Çalışmaya dahil edilen hastaların yaş ortalaması 31.43±9.71 ve %57.9’u kadındır. Hastalarda en fazla kirlilik ve bulaşma obsesyonu (%55.3) ve temizleme kompulsiyonu (%62.3) olduğu saptandı. Çalışmamıza göre hastaların sosyal uyum ve yaşam kalitelerinin beklenenden az olduğu, sosyal uyum azaldıkça bireylerin yaşam kalitesinin azaldığı saptandı (p<0.05). Hastalık şiddeti arttıkça bireylerin yaşam kalitesinin ve sosyal uyumunun olumsuz etkilendiği belirlendi (p<0.05). Yaşam kalitesini ve sosyal uyumu artırmaya yönelik müdahalelerin planlanması ve bunların sonuçlarını değerlendirmeye yönelik çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

EVALUATION OF THE SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER

The aim of this study was determined relation between them and social adjustment, quality of life in patients with OCD. This study was conducted as a descriptive. The sample was consisted 114 patients with OCD. Data were collected using the sociodemographic form, Y-BOCS, WHOQOL-Bref TR and SASS. In the data analysis, it was used SPSS 23.0 package program. Mean age of patients was 31.43±9.71 and %57.9 was female. It was found that the most frequent obsession was contamination obsession (%55.3) and cleaning compulsion (%62.3). According to the study social adjustment and quality of life in patients was lower than expected, the less social adjustment was associated with the less quality of life (p<0.05). Obsessive compulsive symptom severity was associated negatively with quality of life and social adjustment (p<0.05). It is recommended to planning interventions to improve the quality of life and social adjustment and to evaluate the results of these.
