Bu araştırmada, konaklama tesislerinde çalışan personelin iş kıyafetinden memnun olma durumlarının belirlenmesi ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, küme örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış olup, Antalya`da 14 adet konaklama tesisi küme olarak ele alınmış ve bu tesislerde çalışan toplam 210 personel örneklem grubunu oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri SPSS 14.01 programında analiz edilmiş olup, verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada konaklama tesisi çalışanlarının giydikleri iş kıyafetlerinin boy uzunluğuna, kol boyuna, yakasına, beden genişliğine ve ceplerine, hareketini kısıtlamaya, dikkatini dağıtmaya, rengi ve kumaşının rahatsızlık durumuna, sıcak tutma ve üşütme durumuna, çevredeki kişilerin kendisine baktığını hissetme durumlarına ilişkin görüşleri ile cinsiyetleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler belirlenmiştir (p<0.01, p<0.05).

This research aims to determine the satisfaction states of personnel working in accommodation facilities in terms of their work cloth, and make a comparison according to different variables. The cluster sampling method was used in this research, 14 accommodation facilities in Antalya were taken as cluster and the sampling group of the research consisted of 210 personnel working in these facilities. The data of the study were analyzed through the SPSS 14.01 program and a chi-square test was used in the evaluation of the data. In the research, significant differences were found between the genders of the personnel working in the accommodation facilities and their views about their work cloth regarding their length, arm`s length, collar, size, pockets, whether they constrain their movement or distract their attention, the comfort of their color and fabric, whether they keep them warm or cold, or whether they cause people around to look at them (p<0.01, p<0.05).
