HAZAR GÖLÜ (ELAZIĞ) ZOOPLANKTONUNUN COĞRAFİK BİLGİ SİSTEMI İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Ocak-Aralık 2014 döneminde aylık olarak alınan örneklerden Hazar Gölü'nden 37 Rotifera, 10 Cladocera ve 5 Copepoda olmak üzere toplam 52 takson tespit edilmiştir. Rotiferler görülme sıklığı, tür zenginliği ve birey sayısı açısından en önemli gruptur. Brachionus quadridentatus, Keratella quadrata ve Synchaeta verrucosa en çok kaydedilen Rotifera türleridir. Copepoda'dan Cyclops vicinus her ay gözlemlenmiştir. Cladocera'dan Alona rectangula, Cornigerus lacustris ve Diaphanosoma lacustris en bol bulunan cladocera türleridir. Zooplankton türlerinin en yoğun olduğu dönem ilkbaharda kaydedilmiştir. Kış aylarında birey sayısında ve tür çeşitliliğinde azalmalar gözlenmiştir. Zooplankton raster haritaları NetCAD ve GIS, Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri gibi bilgisayar programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. 9.1 ArcGIS coğrafi bilgi sistemi yazılımında Kriging yöntemi kullanılarak 30m enterpolasyonlu çözünürlük yapılmıştır.

EVALUATION OF ZOOPLANKTON OF HAZAR LAKE (ELAZIĞ) BY MEANS OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM

A total of 52 taxa consisting 37 Rotifera, 10 Cladocera and 5 Copepoda were identified from Hazar Lake from samples taken monthly between January-December 2014 period. Rotifers are the most important group in terms of frequency of occurence, species richness and number of individuals. Brachionus quadridentatus Keratella quadrata and Synchaeta verrucosa has been most recorded Rotifera species. Cyclops vicinus from Copepoda was observed every month. Alona rectangula, Cornigerus lacustris and Diaphanosoma lacustris from Cladocera were the most abundant cladoceran species. The most intense period of zooplankton species has been recorded in the spring. In winter in the number of individuals and species diversity, reductions have been observed. Zooplankton raster maps have been made by using computer program as NetCAD and GIS, Geographical Information Systems. It has been interpolated resolution of 30m by using Kriging method in 9.1 ArcGIS geographic information system software.
