Görsel Sanatlar Eğitiminin ele alınması gereken birçok problemi vardır. Bu araştırmada da Görsel Sanatlar Eğitimi alan bir grup öğrenci ile bu problemler gruplandırılmıştır. Bu gruplandırmadaki problemler bilimsel araştırma yöntemleri dersi kapsamında birer araştırma konusu olmuştur. Ayrıca bunlarla ilgili makaleler oluşturulmuştur. Amaç Görsel sanatlar öğretmen adaylarının alanının sorunlarıyla ilgili alanyazın tarama yapabilmesi ve alanıyla ilgili makale yazma becerisi kazandırmaktır. Araştırmanın problem ve bulguları da sorunların belirlenmesi, makale sürecinin değerlendirilmesi ve öğrencilerin araştırmada edindikleri kazanımlar şeklindedir. Araştırma 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim döneminde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi Resim-İş Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalı’nda okuyan 3. sınıf öğrencilerinden 20 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma 9 hafta süresince uygulanan bir eylem araştırmasıdır. Araştırma verileri içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre katılımcıların alanının sorunlarını değerlendirebildikleri, alanıyla ilgili bilimsel bir makale yazma sürecinde istenen becerileri kazandıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
There are a lot of problems of Visual Arts Education, which need to be examined. In this research, these problems are grouped with a group of students who have Visual Arts Education. The problems in this grouping have been a subject of research within the scope of scientific research methods lectures. Besides, articles on these subjects are written. The aim is to enable visual arts candidate teachers to scan the literature about their fields and to acquire the skill of writing articles related to their fields. The problems and findings of the research are the determination of the problems, the evaluation of the article process and the achievements that the students acquired during the research. The research is carried out with 20 students at 3rd class, studying at Ömer Halisdemir University Department of Art Teaching Education during the education period of 2016-2017. The study is an action study conducted all along 9 weeks. The research data is generated by content analysis method. According to the findings of the research, it is figured out that the participants can evaluate the problems related with their fields and acquired the necessary skills in the process of writing a scientific article about their fields.
