Bu araştırma, keman eserlerinin kullanım durumlarını incelemek ve keman eğitimcilerine eser seçiminde kolaylık sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma; temel alan araştırmasına dayalı betimsel bir çalışma olup, nitel bulgular kaynak tarama, nicel bulgular ise anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Nitel bulgularda eserler, en küçük eserden boyutlu bir esere kadar sağ ve sol el teknikleri açısından incelenmiş ve basitten karmaşığa doğru kendi kategorilerine göre sıralanmıştır. Nicel veriler istatistiksel olarak çözümlenmiş ve bulgular tablo ve grafikler ile gösterilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, en çok çaldırılan ve en az çaldırılan eserler belirlenmiş, keman eğitimcilerinin eser seçimlerinde kısır bir döngü içerisinde bulundukları ortaya çıkmış ve bu konuda yapılması gerekenler belirtilerek gerekli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

This research was conducted to examine the use of violin works and to facilitate the selection of works for violin educators. The study is a descriptive study based on the basic background literature. The quantities findings of the study have been obtained by survey method and the qualitative findings have been obtained by a questionnaire. The works in the quantities findings have been examined from the thinnest one to the thickest in terms of right and left hand techniques and they have been ranged from the simplest to the most complicated one. Quantitative data were analyzed statistically and interpreted by tabulation of findings. According to the data obtained, the most and the least played works have been determined and it has been found out that the violin instructors are in a vicious circle while choosing works and essential suggestions have been given by pointing out what must be done about this subject.
