BENEKLİ SAZAN (Cyprinion macrostomus, Heckel, 1843)’IN BAĞIRSAK VE KARACİĞERİNİN HİSTOLOJİK YAPISI VE HİSTOKİMYASAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Mehmet Reşit Taysı1 , SİBEL KÖPRÜCÜ2

Bu çalışmada; Sivas ili Kangal ilçesindeki Balıklı Kaplıca’ dan temin edilen 20 adet Benekli Sazan (Cyprinion macrostomus Heckel, 1843)’nın bağırsaklar ve karaciğerinin histolojik yapısı ve histokimyasal özellikleri ışık mikroskobunda incelendi. Benekli sazanın sindirim kanalı duvarının tunika mukoza, tunika muskularis ve tunika seroza denilen üç tabakadan oluştuğu gözlemlendi. Bağırsak mukozasının kıvrımlı bir yapıda, prizmatik epitel hücreleri ve goblet hücrelerinden meydana geldiği belirlendi. Bağırsaklardaki goblet hücreleri, P.A.S./AB [pH 2.5] ve AB (pH 2.5) güçlü pozitif, AB (pH 1.0) pozitif ve P.A.S. boyamasına ise zayıf ve negatif reaksiyonlar gösterdi. Karaciğerde sinusoidal duvarlarda kupper hücreleri, hepatositler, kan damarları ve safra kanalları belirlendi.

INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF HISTOLOGICAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL INTESTINES AND LIVER OF THE SPOTTED CARP (Cyprinion macrostomum Heckel, 1843)

Mehmet Reşit Taysı1 , SİBEL KÖPRÜCÜ2

In this study, the histological structure and histochemical properties of 20 Spotted Carps (Cyprinion macrostomus Heckel, 1843)’s intestines and liver obtained in Fish Springs of Kangal, the province of Sivas, were examined through the light microscope. It was found out that the digestive tract wall of Spotted carp consisted of three layers called tunica mucosa, tunica muscularis and tunica serosa. The intestinal mucosa was observed to be curved, compose of prismatic epithelial cells and have goblet cells. Goblet cells in the intestine alcian blue showed high positiveness with PAS/AB (pH 2.5) and AB (pH 2.5) while with PAS and AB stain applied to pH 1.0 the result was low positiveness. In the liver of Cyprinion macrostomum’s lhave been detected kupffer cells on sinusoid walls, hepatocit, blood vessels and bile duct.
