Tabiat, bütün şairler için olduğu gibi Nefî için de bitip tükenmez bir hazinedir. Dîvân’ da zaman zaman klasik anlayışın devamı gibi görünen beyitler dikkat çekmektedir. Ancak şairimiz klasik malzemeyi yeni bir tarzda işleyerek orijinaliteyi yakalamış ve kendisine özgü bir üslup geliştirmiştir. O söylemek istediğini geleneğin dışına çıkmadan, ancak zaman zaman geleneğin sınırlarını zorlayarak aktarmıştır. Onun hayal gücünün mükemmelliği, şiirini doruk noktasına taşımış ve onu diğer şairlerden üstün kılmıştır. Şair duygu ve düşüncelerini, anlatırken tabiata ait objeleri kullanmış, onların tabiî durumlarını değiştirerek yeniden şekillendirmiştir. Kozmik âlem bahsinde en çok işlenen unsurların başında, bütün Dîvân şairlerinde olduğu gibi, Nefî’ de de güneş ve ay gelmektedir. Makalemize konu olan güneş, Nefî Dîvânı’ na çeşitli hayal ve benzetmelerle konu olmuştur

Nature is an inexhaustible treasure for Nefî as for all of poets. The verses which sometimes seem to be continuation of the classical conception in Dîvân attract attention. However, our poet has achieved the originality by using the classical material in a new style and developed a style that is peculiar to him. He expressed what he wants to say without going out of the tradition but sometimes constraining the borders of the traditional. The excellence of his imagination has carried his poems to the peak and mad ehim superior to the other poets. The poet has used the objects related to the nature and re-shaped them by changing their natural conditions while he explicits his thoughts and feelings. In the cosmic world, the sun and the moon are the elements which are frequently used by Nefî like all of the Dîvân poets. The sun which is the subject matter of our article has been the subject also in Dîvân of Nefî with various images and metaphors.
