Eğitim hizmetlerinin üretimi ve tüketimindeki hızlı gelişmeler toplumsal, kültürel, siyasî ve ekonomik alanlarda devrim niteliğinde değişikliklere neden olmaktadır. Bu hızlı dönüşüm eğitimde de gelişmeye yönelik öğrenme gereksinimini arttırmış olup eğitimin her tür ve kademesinde gelişme gereksinimlerine neden olmuştur. Bu araştırmada, Mersin Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Bölümünde okumakta olan 47 son sınıf öğrencisinin Şubat 2009’da okullarda öğretmenlik uygulamaları sürecinde ilköğretim denetçileri tarafından verilen rehberlik uygulama etkinlikleri ile ilgili görüşleri bir durum çalışması olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, uygulama sırasında öğretmen adaylarının ilköğretim denetçileri tarafından gerçekleştirilen öğretmenlere yönelik rehberlik ve geliştirme etkinliklerine ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. The rapid developments in the production and consumption of educational services cause revolutionary-like changes in social, cultural, political and economical fields. This fast transformation enhanced learning necessity in all types and levels of education. In this research, it is aimed to portray and determine the opinions of the 47 teacher candidates in the education faculty of Mersin University relating to the counseling activities given by elementary education supervisors in the course of teaching applications in 2009, February. Descriptive research techniques is used in the study. A semi-structured interview form consisting three questions is used as a data collection tool.
