Günümüz bilgi çağında; gelişen teknolojiye uyum sağlamanın önemi; her sektörde olduğu gibi inşaat sektöründe de iyice artmaktadır. İnşaat sektörü teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak hızla ilerlerken sektörde çalışan personelde bu gelişmeleri yakından takip ederek kendilerini sürekli yenilemek zorundadır. Bu nedenle hazır beton sektöründe çalışan laboratuar teknisyenlerine hizmet içi eğitim programlarının uygulanması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada hazır beton sektöründe laboratuar teknisyenlerine uygulanacak hizmet içi eğitim programı hazırlanırken kazandırılması beklenen bilgi, beceri ve tutumun saptanabilmesi için iş analizi yolu ile örnek bir öğretim programı hazırlanmıştır.

In today's information age, the importance of developing technology to adapt to; as in every sector in the construction sector is growing well. As advancing rapidly technological developments in the sector of construction, to be required to themselves continuously renew to follow are closely these developments in the staff working in the sector. Therefore, laboratory technicians working in the sector of ready-mixed concrete in-service training programs are implemented became imperative. In this study ready-mixed concrete industry to be applied to the laboratory technician in-service training programs are to be preparing to win on knowledge, skills and attitudes of the business analysis to be detected via a sample curriculum has been prepared.
