ORGANİK NANOMALZEMELER KULLANILARAK ÜRETİLEN FOTOVOLTAİK TEKSTİL YAPISININ ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Ayse BEDELOGLU 1

Bu çaly?mada, güne? y?y?yny kullanarak elektrik enerjisi üretebilen fotovoltaik bir tekstil yapysy hakkynda bilgi verilmektedir. Polimer esasly organik yary-iletkenlerin kary?ym heteroeklem yapyda fotoaktif tabaka olarak kullanyldy?y çaly?mada, ta?yyycy tabaka olarak y?yk geçirmeyen ve iletken olmayan polipropilen (PP) ?erit kullanylmy?tyr. Örneklerin fotoelektriksel karakterizasyonu AM 1.5 (Hava kütlesi 1.5) ?artlary (100 mW/cm2 y?yk yo?unlu?u) altynda gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Elde edilen fotovoltaik tekstil malzemesi ile 1,7 mA/cm2‘lik kysa-devre akym yo?unlu?u elde edilmi?tir.

INVESTIGATION OF PROPERTIES OF A PHOTOVOLTAIC TEXTILE STRUCTURE USING ORGANIC NANOMATERIALS

Ayse BEDELOGLU 1

In this study, a photovoltaic textile structure generating electricity by using solar radiation is presented. Polymer based organic semi-conductors as photoactive layer in heterojunction structure and polypropylene (PP) tape which was non-transparent and non-conductive as substrate were used. Photoelectrical characterization of samples were performed under AM 1.5 (Air mass 1.5) conditions (100 mW/cm2 illumination intensity). Obtained photovoltaic textile structure exhibited a short-circuit current density of 1.7 mA/cm2.
