Bu çalışmanın amacı yükseköğretimde eğitim öğretimle ilgili öğrenci memnuniyetlerini ölçecek bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Ölçeğin geliştirilmesinde yedi aşama belirlenmiştir. Bu aşamalar, alanyazın tarama ve uzman görüşü alarak madde havuzu oluşturma, deneme ölçeğini hazırlama, ölçeği uygulama, faktör analizi ve ölçeğin alt boyutlarının belirlenmesi, faktörler arası korelasyonun bulunması, madde toplam korelasyonlarının bulunması, iç tutarlığının hesaplanması. Ölçeğin uygulandığı çalışma grubu, Fırat Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören toplam yedi fakülte ve 27 farklı programda öğrenim gören 1156 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda 30 madde belirlenmiştir ve ölçeğin KMO değeri 0.94, Bartlett testi 8321.183 (p<.05) ve ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0.92 olarak belirlenmiştir. The aim of this study was developed a scale to measure a student satisfaction concerning education and instruction at higher education. Seven stages in the development of the scale were determined. These stages, literature scan and creating an item pool by taking expert opinion, trial scale preparation, scale application, factor analysis and Determination of the scale of the sub-dimensions, Finding the correlation among factors, Calculation of internal consistency. Working group of scale applied was composed of 1156 student who studied at 7 faculties and 29 different programs in Firat University. According to results of statical analysis 30 items were determined. Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was found as 0.92 and KMO value of the scale was 0.94 and the value of Barlett test was 8321,183 (p<.05).
