Bu araştırmanın amacı okul-aile iletişimi konusunda yönetici ve öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda mevcut durumu betimlemek ve okul-aile işbirliğinin sağlanmasına yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Araştırma örneklemi Şanlıurfa ili Halfeti ilçesinde görev 120 öğretmen ve 20 yöneticiden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Çelik [3] tarafından geliştirilen öğretmen anketi ve araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Anketin güvenilirliği belirlemek için bakılan Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0.94 olarak bulunmuştur. Verilerin frekans ve yüzde değerleri hesaplanmış, nicel verilerin analizinde SPSS 15.0 paket programı, nitel verilerin analizinde ise Nvivo 8 programı kullanılmıştır. Yönetici ve öğretmenlerin okul-aile işbirliğine ilişkin görüşleri arasında cinsiyet, yaş, statü, branş, kıdem ve sınıf mevcudu değişkenleri bakımından anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Yönetici, öğretmen ve velilerle yapılan görüşmelerde sorunların çözümlerine yönelik birçok ortak görüşlerin bulunduğu ancak işlevsel hale getirilmesinde her iki tarafında yönlendirme beklediği bu yüzden sorunların devam ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to depict present conditions on the way of opinions of teachers and administrators about school-family communication, and develop solution suggestions to ensure the cooperation of school-family. This study was applied to 120 teachers and 20 administrators working in Halfeti district of ?anlyurfa the province and 15 parents. Teacher survey improved by Çelik [3] and the interview form improved by researchers were used for data collection. To determine the reliability of the survey, Cronbach Alpha was looked for and the interior coherence coefficient was calculated as 0.94. The frequencies and percentages of data were calculated and, SPSS 15.0 package program was used for quantitative data analysis. On the other hand, Nvivo 8 program was used for qualitative data analysis. In the result of the analysis, it was seen that administrators and teachers have generally negative opinions about school-family cooperation. It was found that there is not a meaningful differen
