Bu araştırmanın amacı, yenilenen Türkçe eğitimi lisans programında yer alan "Anlama Teknikleri ve Anlatma Teknikleri Dersleri"nin işlevselliğini, derslerin içerik (konu, kapsam), kullanılan materyaller ve teori-uygulama dağılımları açısından yeterliliğini öğretmen adaylarının görüşleri çerçevesinde değerlendirmektir. Araştırma, 2009-2010 eğitim-öğretim yılında 13 üniversitede, Türkçe Eğitimi Bölümü 4. sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan 528 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma genel tarama modelinde desenlenmiştir. Çalışmada, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının alan ve meslek bilgisi derlerine yönelik tutumları ölçeği”nin, Anlama Teknikleri ve Anlatma Teknikleri Dersleri bölümleri değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Toplam 8 maddeden oluşan ölçek, örneklem grubuna uygulanmış ve araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS 17 istatistik programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın örnekleminden elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının, „Anlama Teknikleri ve Anlatma Teknikleri Derslerinin mesleki hayatlarında işlevsel olduğunu düşündükleri belirlenmiş; ancak öğrencilerin her iki dersin içerik, kullanılan materyaller ve teorik-uygulama dağılımları açısından bir takım yetersizlikleri barındırdığı görüşünde oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the functionality of comprehension and Explication techniques lessons in Turkish Language Education, efficiency of lessons? content, material used, and dispersion of theory-application to the perspectives of pre service Turkish teachers. The research has been carried out with the help of the participation of 528 senior students in Turkish Language Teaching Programs of 13 universities in 2009-2010 academic year. This study has been completed by using survey models. The survey called "the perspectives of pre service Turkish teachers about field and profession education" has been developed by the researcher, and its parts called "Comprehension techniques and Explication techniques" have been evaluated. The survey consisting of 8 articles has been applied to the sampling and the data of this research has been analyzed with SPSS 17 statistical program. In conclusion, it is determined that pre service Turkish teachers think that lessons of comprehension and explication techniques are functional for their professional career however both lessons have some deficiencies in their contents, materials used and dispersion of theoryapplication.
