Bu araştırmanın amacı; A ve D sınıfı hizmet bölgesi ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin, okullarındaki örgüt kültürüne yönelik algıları ile bu algılar arasında fark olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırma bulgularına göre A ve D sınıfı hizmet bölgesi ilköğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin okullarındaki örgüt kültürüne yönelik algıları “katılıyorum” düzeyindedir. Ayrıca A sınıfı hizmet bölgesinde görevli öğretmenlerin algıları, D sınıfı hizmet bölgesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin algılarından daha olumludur. Hizmet bölgesi sınıfına göre ilköğretim okullarındaki örgüt kültürünün özellikleri belirlenmeli ve öğretmenlerin örgüt kültürünü daha olumlu algılamalarını sağlayacak etkinlikler düzenlenmelidir.

Purpose of this research is to determine teachers’ perceptions towards organizational culture in A and D service area primary schools and to determine if there is difference between these perceptions. According to results, teachers’ perceptions towards organizational culture in A and D class of service area primary schools have been found at “I agree” level. Perceptions of primary school teachers who are working in A class of service area are more positive than perceptions of primary school teachers who are working in D class of service area. The properties of organizational culture at primary schools must be determined according to service area and activities must be prepared to provide more positive perceptions of the teachers towards organizational culture.
