E-LEARNING TECHNIQUES WITH SUPPORT FOR FORMAL EDUCATION

E-Learning system, a new concept in our country, is recommended for learners to acquire and perceive information more effectively and easily. Unfortunately, nowadays this system is considered an alternative to formal education. The aim of this paper is to design a new system to use e-learning systems as a supportive element instead of being used an alternative to formal education. In this way, some of the practices which cannot be performed in a traditional classroom environment will be carried out more easily. This system will, as a result, provide the classic education to be reinforced. Consequently, e-learning system and traditional classroom-based learning system will form a unit by complementing each other. The system will be specifically designed for vocational courses in vocational schools. Therefore, it will be an integrated structure with education and training systems of vocational schools.
