Bu çalışmada; “şehir ve sanat ilişkisi”, “şehir ve müzik felsefesi ilişkisi”, “şehir yaşamında mesleki müzik eğitimi veren kurumların rolleri ve önemi” “müzik eğitimi ve kültürel miraslar” konuları üzerinde durulacaktır. Betimsel araştırma tekniği kullanılacak çalışmada; örnek olay incelemesi yoluyla Afyonkarahisar ilinin sosyokültürel değişim ve gelişiminde Devlet Konservatuvarının rolü ve önemi incelenecektir. Bu amaçla 15 günde bir düzenlenen ve sanat ve toplum üzerine müzikli sohbetlerin gerçekleştirildiği “İhvan-ı Musiki” toplantılarına katılan bireylerle odak grup görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanan veriler nitel araştırma yöntemlerine göre analiz edilecektir. Odak grup görüşmesinde açık uçlu bir soru ile tartışma açılacak ve “sanat ve şehir ilişkisinde mesleki müzik eğitimi veren kurumların rolü” üzerinde konu irdelenecektir. Çalışmanın şehir ve sanat, şehir ve kültürel değişim alanlarında yapılan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı ve alanında özgün bir çalışma olduğu düşünülmektedir.
This study concerns with "the city and the art association", "relationship between the city and the philosophy of music", "city life and the role sand importance of professional music education institutions", "music education and cultural heritage”. Study used descriptive research technique, through a casestudy of socio-cultural change and the development of the province of Afyon and the importance of the role of theState Conservatorywill be studied. For this purpose, 15 days out of a conversation held with art and community "-Ihvan- Musiki" meetings, By using the techniques of focus group interviews with individuals will be analyzed according to qualitative research methods. Focus group will discuss and examine the subjecton the open-ended questions "of Professional music education institution sand the role of the relationship of art andthecity". It is thought that the study will contribute to city and art, city and cultural exchange, and it is also thought that this study is originalone.
